Judy Musgrove brings a unique blend of passions and experiences to her coaching and consulting. Born and raised in sunny Florida, she graduated from Charlotte High School and went on to attend the United States Military Academy at West Point, NY where she majored in Economics.

Throughout Judy’s corporate career, she has worn many hats. She served in the Medical Service Corps in the US Army and worked in market analysis and development at Corning Incorporated. She has also brought her expertise to the realms of corporate and brand marketing as well as product management at LP Building Products, where she activated and managed an NFL naming rights partnership with the Tennessee Titans. Currently, Judy works as the Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Communications at SVMIC, a regional medical malpractice insurance mutual.

Outside of her professional life, Judy is passionate about many things. She loves pottery, traveling, baking, tennis, reading, interior design, and architecture. A lifelong learner, Judy is always eager to grow and learn about new cultures, skills, and ways of life.

Judy is an alumna of the University of Texas at Dallas Naveen Jindal School of Management Executive and Professional Coaching Program and has earned the prestigious Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential from the International Coaching Federation. She is also an alumna of the University of Health and Performance and is a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Judy is also a Certified Everything DiSC Practitioner so can assist you personally or facilitate group activities using the DiSC tools.
